The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing cost estimates for minor proposed projects (civils, building, mining, engineering, etc)
• Preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation to acquire fair and equitable tenders for projects
• Maintaining a high standard of contract administration
• Doing underground measurements
• Doing monthly payment certificate valuations
• Monitoring cost and reporting during the construction of projects
• Submitting information on contract amendments
• Compiling final accounts on projects.
