The draft Five year IDP 2012/17 and draft budget 2012/15 for the Rustenburg Local Municipality served before the RLM council on the 27th March 2012 per item 85 in terms of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000, Municipal Planning and Performance Management Regulations, 2001 and the Municipal Finance Management Act 2003.
Sections 21 and 21(a) of the Municipal Systems Act; requires that the Municipality should publicize the said documents inviting the local community to submit representations in connection with revised IDP, and avail the document for public comments whilst the MFMA states the same with the draft budget.
The draft revised IDP and the draft budget are open for inspection and available for comments for a period of 21 days effective from Wednesday 05th April 2012.

Written or oral comments are invited on the RLM draft revised IDP. Comments must be submitted not later than the 30th April 2012 at the 7th floor office no. 712 Missionary
