Bid documents should be deposited in the Department’s bid box situated in the CFO’s Office on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Garona Building, Sekame Road, Mmabatho.

The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in response to the advertisement and to withdraw its decision to seek provision of those services at any time. The Department of Education does not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any other bid in whole or in part.

Important Notice: Should the Tax Clearance Certificate NOT be attached or NOT be the original copy by the closing of the bid, the bid will be regarded as invalid. The Department will ONLY consider certified documents from the South African Police Services.
