Today, after more than 38 years of being in business, the company has developed into a well-respected and dynamic multidisciplinary firm with a total staff complement exceeding 280 with 17 offices across South Africa and in neighboring African countries.   Initially formed as a partnership under the names of the founding members, Uhlmann Witthaus and Prins; UWP Consulting takes particular pride in its reputation as being a highly motivated and innovative firm with a passion for doing its work well and providing its clients with the best service possible.  The firm’s schedule of clients is extensive and includes organizations, both large and small, in the private and public sectors.  The firm’s programme of expansion and transformation is ongoing and to this end UWP is committed to the objective of reaching the goal where its staff complement reflects the demographics of South Africa.
