Visit the Nyoka Ridge

Rustenburg – Birdlife Rustenburg’s April outing will be held on Saturday 21 April, at the Harties Vulture Restaurant (Nyoka Ridge). They will also visit other prime spots in the Hekpoort area.

These areas contain a great selection of ‘special’ birds including: Cape Vulture, Verreaux’s Eagle, Marabou Stork, European Honey Buzzard, Jackal Buzzard, and the African Finfoot. 

We meet at the BP Garage, Waterfall Mall at 07h00 and will return home by 14h00.

In addition to your binoculars, bring a spotting scope if you have one. Also bring along the usual drinks, snacks etc. All are welcome to what should be a very productive outing. A donation of R20 is levied for non-members.
