Rustenburg – Police in Rustenburg are appealing to community members to come forward with information that could lead to the owners of the 59 goats they recovered in Kanana on Sunday 10 March.

The goats were recovered after police, who were acting on a community tip-off, managed to identify three suspects as they were directing the goats away from a field.

“Unfortunately, the suspects managed escape,” police spokesperson sergeant Ofentse Mokgadi said.

In order to reunite the goats with their rightful owners, anyone with information about the identity of the owners, are requested to contact colonel Molefe on 082 372 4699.
