Rustenburg – Impala Rugby Club will be gunning for a fifth straight win on Saturday 28 August when they take on Bronkhorstspruit in the Carleton Reserve League match. Impala is on the top of the log with 20 points from four matches; they are hungry for another victory!
However, Correctional Services Rugby Club – who have also won all four of their matches so far – are a close second with 19 points.
Impala’s 48-10 win over Wolverines on 21 August means they are still the favourites to win the league.
“We managed to get bonus points, and this is why we have an advantage over Correctional Services,” Impala Rugby Club chairperson Wynand Burger told Platinum Weekly. “We have a slight advantage now, but we know that we have to keep winning our matches to stay on  top.”
