Rustenburg – Our local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a non-profit organisation that covers a vast area which includes large, impoverished areas.

The SPCA’s people must always be proactive, respond to reports of cruelty, neglect or abuse and react to emergencies involving animals.

They are really struggling and is in dire need of the following items:

  • Kitten food
  • Puppy food
  • Cat litter
  • Teff Lucerne
  • Lucerne pallets
  • Gym balls for the animal (old or new)
  • Cones for the farm animals
  • Toys for dogs and cats
  • Tin food to help give medicine to the animals

For them to carry out their duties effectively, they require the community to chip in and play their part from time to time.
