Act now – your human rights might be affected

SA – The Department of Health published new regulations under the National Health Act which will effectively act as a long-term permanent replacement to South Africa’s state of disaster Covid-19 regulations.

The Department of Health confirmed that once these regulations are approved, it would be implemented without being tabled in parliament. 

However… some of these regulations might affect your human rights.

These regulations are open to public comment, but time is running out so make sure you send your opinion on these regulations by Friday 15 April.
