Rustenburg – About 500 people turned up for an Easter Conference held at Jacob’s Well Ministries on Sunday 17 April 2022. The church, which is led by pastor Karabo Tlhapi, was a hive of activity as people from all walks of life responded positively to the call to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Those who attended travelled from all over to Rankelenyane Village – which is about 30km from Rustenburg – to take part in the conference

Many congregants from the church’s main branch in Sunrise Park also made the trip to attend.
“The Conference was a resounding success,” Goitseona Tlhapi, the wife of the pastor, told Platinum Weekly.

The theme was “Winning souls at all costs” and we are happy that the sermons that were preached touched the hearts of many of the people who attended,” she added.

A march through the streets of Rankelenyane, which was accompanied by Diale Brass Band, was one of the highlights of the conference.

“The goal of the Easter conference was to lead as many people to Jesus Christ as possible and we managed to achieve this. The large numbers that turned out were very encouraging,” Tlhapi explained.

Jacob’s Well Ministries was founded in 2007 by pastor Ditshego Tlhowe.
“Our church continues to grow from strength to strength,” Tlhapi concluded.

The march was the highlight of the Easter Conference.
