Hope has its sleeves rolled up

Platinum Weekly newspaper | Rustenburg – Sometimes, hope looks like a freshly cut verge. Across Wards 15, 16 and 17, Our Ward Matters (OWM) is showing what steady, hands-on care can achieve: clearer sidewalks, tidier corners and neighbourhoods residents can feel proud of.

Founded by Ward 15 councillor André van Dyk and led alongside councillor Tanya Rothman, the initiative keeps showing up, turning overgrown and neglected spaces into visible signs of progress.

Week after week, we report on their work. This week, we pause to say: Rustenburg sees the difference. Thank you!
