Little Hilux, big search for owner
A little bakkie waiting to go home: the Toyota Hilux Rugged X children’s electric ride-on toy car found abandoned in Kroondal.
Platinum Weekly newspaper | Kroondal, Rustenburg – This little bakkie belongs on a young driver’s next adventure… but first, police need help finding its rightful owner. Rustenburg SAPS members on night patrol discovered an abandoned Toyota Hilux Rugged X two-seater children’s electric ride-on toy car in the Kroondal area last week. Warrant officer Ofentse Mokgadi said the toy vehicle is being kept at the Rustenburg SAPS exhibit office. No case has been registered at this stage. The rightful owner is asked to visit the exhibit office to identify and claim it. Proof of ownership will be required.
