NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF AN ATMOSPHERIC EMISSION LICENCE (AEL) FOR GLENCORE SOUTH AFRICA (PTY) LTD – WONDERKOP SMELTER
(AEL REF NO: (BPDM/GLENCOREWONDERKOP/4.5,4.9, &5.1/AUGUST2024)
Notice is hereby given that a renewal application will be made in terms of section 47 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act (Act No.39 of 2004) by Glencore Operations South Africa (Pty) Ltd - Wonderkop Smelter, a Glencore Merafe Venture Operation, located on Farm Brakspruit 299 JQ, Old Marikana Road, Marikana, North West Province to the Air Quality Officer of the Bojanala Platinum District Municipality for an Atmospheric Emission License (BPDM/GLENCOREWONDERKOP/4.5,4.9,&5.1/AUGUST2024) for the Listed Activities tabulated below:
