Registration Process

Fraser Alexander is embarking on a campaign to establish a database of enterprises located
within the Bojanala District Municipality. The purpose is to identify and select qualifying
entities for participation in its procurement opportunities.

Fraser Alexander, therefore, wishes to invite enterprises that are at least 51% black-owned
located within the Bojanala District Municipality to register on its Local Community Enterprise
Database. A team of researchers will assist enterprises with the registration process at the
venue and during the dates highlighted below.

To register, each enterprise will need the following documentation (mandatory):

• Proof of Local Community Residence (utilities bill, telephone account, or letter from the
local Tribal Office)
• Certified copy of ID Document(s) for all members or shareholders
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Original VAT Certificate (if applicable)
• Copy of company registration documents (CK2 or CM 27)
• BEE Certificate or Affidavit
• Proof of relevant industry or professional registration and affiliation (CIDB, NHBRC,
PSIRA etc.) (if applicable)
• Company profile
