Requirements

(FINANCE DEPARTMENT)

TOTAL PACKAGE: (R353 920.20) Per Annum
QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Municipal Finance or at least 4 courses of an applicable B-Degree

EXPERIENCE:

At least 6 years within Municipal Finance.Minimum competency levels for financial officials at middle management level according to Government Gazette 29967 dated 15 June 2007

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Manage Income and revenue department according to by-laws and legislation.
  • Compile monthly financial reports to Council.
  • Supervise monthly reconciliation of assessment rates and sundry debtors.
  • Supervise printing & distribution of accounts.
  • Authorize clearance certificates

BENEFITS:
