SERIAL RAPIST AND MURDERER
TO ROT IN JAIL

Rustenburg – A murderer and serial rapist, Lucky Chabalala (38) was not so “lucky” when he was sentenced to three life sentences and an additional 45 years when he appeared before the Rustenburg Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 13 September.

Lucky was convicted for rape, armed robbery and murder committed between February and May 2016.  
He will again appear before the court for additional charges after being linked to several other cases in the Rustenburg area. 

The provincial commissioner of North West, lieutenant general Baile Motswenyane applauded captain Eagerbord Mokgatlhe of the Rustenburg Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) for a sterling job that resulted in the sentences.
