The fun of fundraising

Rustenburg – On 17 November a fundraising event with a difference will be held at the Hunter’s Pub & Grill.

This Fundraiser will be held to empower five local women to go for training in order to establish a Touching Heart branch in Rustenburg.

Touching Heart is on the mission to inspire kids and fill their young hearts with love and compassion for one another. 

In effect this is a fundraiser to enable the enablers! As the saying goes: give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him to fish and he eats for a lifetime… This fundraiser goes one further, here you will be helping empower five new teachers to educate an entire generation about the proverbial “fishing”.

From 10:00 to 14:00 you can browse through the variety of stalls and at 18:00 you better put on your dancing shoes and get ready to be entertained by artists like Pierre, Reynhardt, Divann, and Riaan Rust with Billy Jean as the master of ceremonies.

Entrance for the festivities throughout the day is R20, with free entrance for kids under 12. The fee for stall owners is R100 and entrance for the dance is R50.
