CASMAR Impala Rugby Club faces tough matches 

Rustenburg – In a series of intense matches on Saturday 13 April 2024, the CASMAR Impala Rugby Club hosted opponents at their home grounds with mixed results across the various teams.

The day kicked off with the CASMAR Impala Rugby Club’s first team taking on the formidable Welkom Rugby Club. Despite a spirited defence and aggressive play, the CASMAR Impala first team was outpaced, culminating in a tough 5-25 loss. The struggle continued into the afternoon, where the second team also faced a defeat, with a score of 19-10 against the same rivals.

The u/21 team from Randfontein Rugby Club proved too strong for the young Impala players, who unfortunately lost with a final score of 3-26. Despite the setbacks, the spirit and determination of all Impala teams remained unshaken, showcasing their resilience and commitment to the sport.
