On Friday, 29 August 2025, the school’s President’s Award candidates set off to Acrobranch Rustenburg for an unforgettable outdoor experience filled with ziplining, high ropes, and daring obstacle courses.

Laughter, courage, and encouragement carried the day as learners pushed their limits, supported one another, and celebrated victories both big and small. “This was more than just an outing – it was a powerful teambuilding journey that showed us the strength of unity,” one participant reflected.

The adventure formed part of the President’s Award programme, an internationally recognised youth development initiative that equips young people with life skills through service, physical recreation, personal growth, and adventure. Fields College proudly supports this programme, ensuring learners build resilience, leadership, and collaboration skills while making lasting memories.
