SAPS mourns the loss of captain Kgokgome

Mabeskraal – The South African Police Service (SAPS) family is mourning the passing of captain Itumeleng Michael Kgokgome, a respected officer stationed at Mabeskaal SAPS, who passed away on 27 October 2025. Known for his professionalism, humility, and dedication to the safety of his community, captain Kgokgome’s passing leaves a deep void in both the SAPS and the community he faithfully served.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, 30 October 2025, at 12:00, at the Methodist Church, Kgosing section, Mabeskraal. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, 1 November 2025, at 07:00, at 3785 Mohlwere Street, Tlhabane West.
