High mast lights burning at all hours…

Maile/Tsitsing - As a regular user of the R510 Road, I noticed that high mast lights were burning during the day between Maile Village and Tsitsing Village.

I witnessed this on Thursday 25 May 2023 at around 08:30 on my way to work. On my way back from work at approximately 15:30 the lights were still on.

Since we are in an electricity crisis, is it wise to be negligent and power the lights during the day, or are the lights solar powered?
