Public Workshop for Kgaswane Mountain Reserve Management Plan

Rustenburg - The North West Parks and Tourism Board (NWPTB) is the designated Management Authority for Kgaswane Mountain Reserve™ (Nature Reserve) and is responsible for the compilation of the Protected Area Management Plan for this Reserve in accordance with the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act, No. 57 of 2003. The Management Plan is a planning document that provides an overarching management framework and zonation plan, compiled specifically for this Nature Reserve with the assistance of stakeholders through a public consultation process. 

To facilitate public input in developing the plan, you are invited to attend the Stakeholder Workshop that will be held as follows:
•  Date: Wednesday 6 December 2023
•  Time: 10:00
•  Venue: White Building Hall, Rustenburg 

Following the stakeholder engagement/meeting, a draft Protected Area Management Plan will be developed for the Reserve with public inputs and comments incorporated.
