  • National Diploma or degree (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Must be a qualified Assessor and Moderator
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
  • Medically fit for highrisk areas
  • Ability to function independently
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • People management.
  • Liaise and communicate with all relevant stakeholders, eg MQA, external providers, Department of Labour, TVET Colleges
  • Monitor training practices and ensure alignment to best practices
  • Maintain good relationship with training provider
  • Coordinate Artisan Learnership and Engineering skills training
  • Implement training initiatives to achieve training targets
  • Coordinate Learnership intake and terminations
  • Compile and submit accurate reports.
