Relevant administrative experience in relation to systems, computers, time and attendance

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review time sheets, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
Compile employee time and production from time sheets and other records.
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
Keep track of leave time, such as annual and sick leave for employees.
Complete time sheets showing employees’ arrival and departure times.
Verification of all information captured to be correct.
Load personal information to the system i.e. new engagements, leave, overtime, AWOP.
Capture all the relevant bonuses and allowances.
Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, medical aid, etc.
Verification of all information captured to be correct.
Ensure that necessary payroll documents arrive at Head Office on time.
Issue employee payslips
Ensure all functional procedures in respect of sign-ons, wages, resignations, IR, job changes, promotions and transfers are done with reference to company policies and verified with the HR Officer
